WARRANTY
PT. HMSI guarantees spare parts with the aim of providing maximum service without feeling safe about spare parts purchased by customers.
The warranty given is 3 months.
Details of Spare Parts that get a 3-month Warranty are:
1. Purchase Spare Parts at official HINO Outlets (3S Dealer, HINO Dealer Branch).
2. Installation of Spare Parts is done at the 3S Dealer Workshop, Branch or Authorized Workshop designated by the HINO Dealer.
3. Invoice / Invoice from the part purchased not more than 30 days after the Invoice / Invoice is issued.
4. Each Parts Claim must attach a Technical Report issued by the Workshop Workshop.
