One of our commitments to Hino customers is by providing Hino Service Cars at all Hino 3S Dealer networks. We aim to serve Hino customers anytime, anywhere, as distance and location issues can be resolved with Service Cars.
EMERGENCY SUPPORT CUSTOMER ON WEEKEND
Emergency services available 7 days a week, at 15 main road points across Java and North Sumatra. No worries about vehicle problems during weekends.
HINO Customer Care Centre
One of the services from the Service Division to support HINO sales is the establishment of HINO Customer Care Centre (HC3). HC3 serves as support for customers by collecting information as references for product improvement, after-sales services in terms of service and spare parts, with the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction.
Hotline Centre (Toll-free Call Centre)
This service aims to provide customers with information about 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) and technical guidance. Hotline Service Operator Hours:

National Service Contract
A national service contract between the customer, HMSI, and HINO Dealers as executors. Suitable for customers without their own workshops and mechanics.

HINO mechanics stay at the customer's site for a certain period + consignment.
FSP
FSP stands for "Free Service Program", which is free periodic maintenance for up to 2 years after customers purchase (receive) a new Hino vehicle from an Authorized Hino Dealer.
Periodic Service
Periodic service or routine maintenance carried out on your Hino vehicle according to the maintenance manual, ensuring the vehicle remains safe, healthy, and well-maintained.

Yes, we continue the 2-year free service program with a Service Contract Program to make it easier for customers to maintain their Hino vehicles.
What is the Service Contract Program?
A cooperation agreement for Hino vehicle maintenance between the owner and Hino dealer workshops for a certain period.
