Strong trust can only be built through experience and proof. This is the background behind PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia (HMSI) resuming its collaboration with one of its loyal customers, PT Primajasa Perdanarayaputra, a leading transportation company in Indonesia. Located at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2025, Hino officially conducted a handover ceremony by delivering 100 buses to Primajasa, consisting of 30 units of Hino RM 280 ABS and 70 units of Hino RK 280 ABS. The handover ceremony was symbolically conducted by HMSI's Marketing Director, Tomoki Hattori, to Al Malik Masahiko Otsuka Mahpud, Field and Technical Director of PT Primajasa Perdana Raya Utama, following a panel discussion that also featured Al Malik Masahiko Otsuka Mahpud as a speaker.
This ceremony is not merely a transaction, but a tangible manifestation of the long-term cooperation that has been established between the two companies. The Hino buses being handed over will be used by Primajasa to support inter-city and inter-provincial (AKAP) services as well as the tourism sector, two key business lines that continue to grow rapidly. Equipped with air suspension, ABS brakes, and a space frame chassis on the RM 280 model, these fleets will provide enhanced safety and comfort for passengers while improving operational efficiency for the company.
"Primajasa has long entrusted its entire fleet to Hino. Because we know that in terms of power, comfort, safety and after-sales support, Hino has proven to be consistent and reliable," said Amir Mahpud, President Director of PT Primajasa Perdanarayaputra.
A Proven Long-Term Partnership
As a loyal customer, all of Primajasa's buses currently in operation are Hino. This loyalty did not come about by chance. Hino's comprehensive support, ranging from the availability of quality spare parts, an extensive service network, to driver training programmes from the Hino Indonesia Academy, has become the foundation of this long-term trust.
:We greatly appreciate Primajasa for continuing to entrust Hino as its transportation partner. This relationship proves that Hino is not only a vehicle provider, but also a partner in the growth of its customers' businesses," said Anton Nugroho, Bus Division Head of HMSI.
Through its Total Support strategy, Hino not only provides commercial vehicles but also comprehensive solutions that help customers achieve maximum efficiency and profitability. From routine service, mobile service, the Hino Connect telematics system, to driver education and fleet management, everything is designed so that customers like Primajasa can continue to grow together with Hino.
This event also serves as an important moment to reinforce Hino's main theme at GIIAS 2025, namely ‘Together Towards the Future’—Hino's commitment to continue innovating and listening to customer needs in order to provide relevant, reliable commercial vehicle solutions that are ready to face the challenges of the future transportation industry.
