PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia (HMSI) has once again solidified its position as a leading brand in the commercial vehicle industry by winning the Top Brand Award 2025 at the "Respectful Brand" event held last night at The Imperial Grand Ballroom, Intercontinental Resort, Jimbaran, Bali. This award serves as tangible proof of Hino's consistent commitment to meeting customer needs, maintaining quality, and fostering loyalty amid increasingly intense market competition.
The Top Brand Award is an award given to brands with the best performance, based on a survey involving more than 15,000 respondents in various major cities in Indonesia. The assessment was carried out using three main indicators, namely Top of Mind Awareness, Future Intention (Loyalty), and Market Share (Usage). In the survey, Hino secured the top position in the commercial vehicle segment thanks to its robust, efficient, and customer-centric products. Even more impressively, this achievement is not the first of its kind. From 2018 to 2025, Hino has maintained its Top Brand Award title for eight consecutive years. This success is also supported by Hino's extensive after-sales service network, guaranteed availability of spare parts, and Hino's commitment to providing Total Support services across Indonesia.
The award was received directly by Susilo Darmawan, Sales Director of HMSI, and Wibowo Santoso, Head of the Supply Chain, Marketing & Communication Division of HMSI, from Handi Irawan, Founder of Frontier Group and initiator of the Top Brand Award, at an event attended by industry players and national business leaders.
